About The Position

Clever is seeking a Senior Executive Administrator to provide primary executive support to our CEO and assist other members of Clever's Executive Leadership Team. This role is crucial for maintaining organization, alignment, and preparedness within the leadership team, especially during periods of growth and change. The administrator will bring structure to shifting priorities, improve communication, and create operational clarity for leaders. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be adept at managing competing priorities. This position is primarily remote with occasional travel for key in-person meetings.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience serving as a senior Executive Assistant to a CEO or business unit leader.
  • Specialist in executive-level written and verbal communication, precise, polished, and able to adjust tone.
  • Ability to quickly assess priorities, distinguish urgent tasks, and identify escalation needs.
  • Highly skilled in managing complex calendars for multiple leaders across time zones amidst competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in providing high-quality executive support in a virtual environment, being highly available and responsive.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate with discretion and confidentiality, professionalism, and good judgment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% for executive offsites, leadership gatherings, or other important in-person moments.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, resolve scheduling conflicts, and coordinate travel for the CEO.
  • Clear administrative noise to help the CEO operate at optimal capacity.
  • Extend support to other executives as capacity allows.
  • Provide excellent remote-first executive support, being proactive, responsive, and thoughtful.
  • Coordinate and prepare for Board meetings, executive offsites, and other key leadership gatherings.
  • Partner with the CEO, Executive and Senior Leadership Team, cross-functional stakeholders, and board members to ensure clear communication and organized logistics.
  • Create and improve recurring processes for travel planning, meeting preparation, Board materials, and executive coordination to help the team scale.
