The Senior Event Operations Specialist supports the Communications, Marketing, and Sales teams by leading the operational planning, coordination, and execution of customer-facing events across the enterprise. This role serves as a centralized resource supporting divisional marketing teams with the end-to-end execution of tradeshows, customer tech days, open houses, conferences, and other strategic events. The position is responsible for managing timelines, coordinating cross-functional deliverables, ensuring operational readiness, and driving execution across multiple stakeholders including divisional marketing teams, creative resources, vendors, show partners, sales teams, and internal support functions. This role acts as the operational lead that ensures event strategies and messaging developed by divisional marketing teams are successfully executed on time and to a high standard. The role combines project management, event operations, vendor coordination, logistics management, and reporting responsibilities within a fast-paced enterprise environment. Significant domestic and international travel is required (up to 60%).
