About The Position

ServiceNow is seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Senior Ethics & Compliance Programs Manager to design, develop, and implement compliance processes across its Ethics & Compliance function. The role focuses on transforming key compliance controls, particularly in ABAC and Export Compliance, through process optimization, technology enablement, and cross-functional collaboration. The manager will work with Ethics & Compliance subject matter experts to develop comprehensive compliance solutions using ServiceNow and AI capabilities. The role leads compliance program process design, automation, and digitalization; develops multi-year roadmaps; and manages initiatives from concept through deployment. It also connects technical teams, business stakeholders, and compliance experts to integrate processes into business operations, support adoption, and continuously improve controls. The manager communicates program status, milestones, and recommendations to Ethics & Compliance leadership and other stakeholders.

Requirements

At least 7 years of project management experience, including demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Foundational working knowledge of Code of Ethics and Compliance topics, such as conflicts of interest, gifts and hospitality, anti-corruption/FCPA, Trade Compliance, and data privacy.
Ability to partner effectively across organizations and build consensus among diverse stakeholder groups.
Experience with process design, business process optimization, or workflow automation.
Ability to translate compliance and business requirements into technical solutions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex compliance concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
Project management proficiency and familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

Nice To Haves

Experience configuring and administering the ServiceNow platform, or experience with other enterprise compliance or workflow tools.
Familiarity with AI applications in business process automation or compliance functions.
Background in compliance, ethics, legal operations, or a related field.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar certification.
Experience implementing enterprise-wide compliance programs or initiatives.
Knowledge of compliance frameworks and standards, such as SOX, ISO, or industry-specific requirements.

Responsibilities

Design and develop core Ethics & Compliance program processes, translating compliance requirements into scalable, user-friendly workflows that improve organizational risk management.
Collaborate with Ethics & Compliance subject matter experts across multiple domains to understand challenges and opportunities, connecting technical teams and business stakeholders.
Lead automation and digitalization of compliance processes using ServiceNow tools, AI functionality, and other enterprise platforms to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and increase compliance visibility.
Develop and execute multi-year compliance program roadmaps aligned with organizational strategy and regulatory developments.
Identify and facilitate integrations between compliance processes and business operations, connecting subject matter experts with relevant teams to support adoption and sustainable implementation.
Manage program initiatives end to end, from concept through deployment, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met.
Support continuous process improvement through monitoring, feedback collection, and iterative enhancements.
Communicate program status, milestones, and recommendations to Ethics & Compliance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
