About The Position

As a Senior ERP Implementation Project Manager, you will own the day-to-day execution of each operating company go-live within Modigent’s Horizons Program — our ambitious multi-platform ERP transformation initiative spanning Procore, BuildOps, and Sage Intacct across 13 operating companies. Reporting to the VP of Technology Delivery, you will drive disciplined implementation methodology, manage vendors and cross-functional teams, own risk and issue resolution, and make critical go/no-go recommendations. This is a hands-on leadership role that bridges program strategy and operational execution, ensuring every deployment is delivered with rigor, speed, and long-term scalability.

Requirements

  • Experience: 8+ years of hands-on ERP implementation project management experience, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex, multi-site or multi-business-unit ERP rollouts (including data migration and cutover management).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • Deep experience managing full ERP implementations with strong command of methodology, phase gates, RAID logs, change control, and data readiness assessments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage third-party implementation partners and vendors effectively.
  • Familiarity with at least one of the following platforms: Procore, BuildOps, Sage Intacct, or comparable construction/ERP systems.
  • Excellent risk management, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to present clear go/no-go recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities in fast-paced, high-visibility programs.

Nice To Haves

  • Construction or facilities management industry experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end execution of each OpCo implementation from kickoff through hypercare, including methodology adherence, documentation, risk tracking, vendor governance, and go/no-go decisions.
  • Drive and continuously improve the Horizons implementation playbook, enforcing phase gates, entry/exit criteria, and standardized processes across Discovery, Migration, Integration, Testing, Training, and Support.
  • Manage vendor relationships and communications with implementation partners (TPG, Procore, BuildOps, Sage), ensuring all external interactions are coordinated through the PM function.
  • Maintain and own the RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Decisions), ensuring visibility, timely escalation, and resolution at every status meeting.
  • Lead weekly implementation status calls with Business Analysts, Data Migration Lead, OSM, and other workstream leads; escalate key items to Steering Committee as needed.
  • Enforce go/no-go governance by defining clear criteria and providing written recommendations to leadership when delays or adjustments are required.
  • Coordinate across on-stack and off-stack workstreams, including alignment with MuleSoft integration releases and feature rollout sequencing.
  • Collaborate with the broader Horizons team to ensure data readiness, integration readiness, and operational preparedness for each go-live.
  • Document lessons learned and contribute to the evolution of implementation standards that will serve Modigent for the next decade.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation based on experience and level, with opportunities for performance incentives.
  • Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus HSA options with employer contributions in select plans, and company-paid basic life and accidental death & dismemberment insurance.
  • Paid time off, holiday pay, and a 401(k) retirement savings plan to support your long-term financial well-being.
  • Professional development through hands-on training, mentorship, and clear career advancement paths across our nationwide operating companies.
  • Inclusive, supportive culture that values diversity, dignity, respect, collaboration, integrity, and personal fulfillment—empowering you to build a rewarding, long-term career.
