As the Senior Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of a complex enterprise-wide ERP transformation from planning through to implementation. You'll be responsible for bringing together multiple workstreams, managing governance, risks and dependencies, while partnering with senior business stakeholders to ensure the organisation is engaged and supported throughout the journey. This is more than delivering technology—it's about leading people through change, building confidence across the business and ensuring the program delivers lasting operational improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven success when leading large-scale ERP transformation programs.
  • Previous experience delivering SAP, Oracle or similar enterprise ERP implementations.
  • Strong background delivering Finance technology transformation initiatives.
  • Proven experience managing complex project governance, risks, issues and dependencies.
  • Exceptional executive stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Experience managing external vendors and implementation partners.
  • Ability to influence, negotiate and build trusted relationships across internal and external teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Relevant Project Management qualifications (PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent) highly regarded.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of the SAP ECC6 to Oracle Fusion ERP transformation.
  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules and governance frameworks.
  • Manage program risks, issues, dependencies and interdependencies across multiple workstreams.
  • Partner closely with Finance, Technology and executive stakeholders to drive successful business outcomes.
  • Lead steering committee reporting, governance forums and executive updates.
  • Coordinate implementation partners and internal delivery teams.
  • Ensure project scope, budget and timelines are effectively managed.
  • Facilitate decision making, remove delivery roadblocks and proactively manage project risks.
