This role involves performing highly advanced, senior-level consultative services and functional assistance for the CAPPS Program, with a primary focus on the CAPPS Travel and Expense (T&E) module. The position requires subject matter expertise in T&E, including coordination, production support, configuration, business process leadership, change management, testing, integrations, compliance, training, reporting, and release management. Additionally, the role demands strong functional configuration skills, technical proficiency with PeopleSoft tools, monitoring of batch jobs, and knowledge of the PeopleSoft environment. Collaboration with various stakeholders, understanding of legacy systems, cross-training, and project-level coordination are also key aspects of this position. The analyst will be involved in fiscal year-end coordination, functional design, Level 2 Service Desk support, and ensuring digital products meet WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards. The position operates under minimal supervision, adhering to ITIL principles and participating in major incident management, disaster recovery, and audit activities.
