About The Position

Seeking an experienced ERP Senior Peoplesoft Security administrator to support and maintain enterprise PeopleSoft HCM security solutions across HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Self-Service, Pension, and Training Administration modules. The role involves security configuration, troubleshooting, migrations, documentation, testing, and production support.

Requirements

• 10+ years implementing and supporting PeopleSoft HCM security.
• PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 and 9.2 experience.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with User Profiles, Roles, Permission Lists, Row-Level Security, Dynamic Security, Structure & Content, Application Security, Project Security, Department Tree Security, PeopleTools Security, Process Group Security, Query Security, and User Preferences.
• Experience configuring and maintaining complex Time & Labor and Absence Management security.
• Experience maintaining security for HR, Payroll, and Benefits modules.
• Experience implementing and maintaining PeopleSoft 9.2 Fluid Security.
• Strong knowledge of PHIRE version control and JIRA.
• Experience migrating PeopleSoft projects and security objects across multiple environments.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle 19c or later.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• PeopleSoft PeopleTools: Application Designer, PeopleCode, Workflow, Application Engine, Component Interface, SQR, Query, Application Messaging, Change Assistant, XML Publisher, Integration Broker, SQL

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot PeopleSoft security definitions.
• Develop and maintain security matrix solutions across HCM modules.
• Implement and document Fluid Security and complex Time & Labor / Absence Management security.
• Analyze security requirements and build solutions aligned with business needs.
• Troubleshoot security incidents and provide root-cause analysis.
• Migrate and track security objects across development, test, and production environments.
• Collaborate with HRMS Functional Analysts, DBAs, and System Administrators.
• Provide Helpdesk support and mentor junior team members.
• Prepare security documentation, test scripts, and status reports.
