Requirements

  • CFP® certification
  • Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63/65 or 66 licenses
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of financial services experience
  • Demonstrated success applying Client Relationship Management, Analytical Thinking, Consultative Communications, Cross-Functional Collaboration, and Time Management skills to drive positive client outcomes.

  • Insurance licensing
  • 3+ years of equity compensation planning experience
  • Experience with stock options, RSUs, stock awards, and stock appreciation rights

Responsibilities

  • Use Client Relationship Management and Communication skills to build trust, uncover client goals, and deliver personalized planning guidance.

  • Leverage Consultative Communications to simplify complex equity compensation concepts and help clients make informed decisions.
