About The Position

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Epicor Developer to assist the design, enhancement, integration, support, and continuous improvement of our Epicor Kinetic ERP platform. This role serves as the technical and functional expert for Epicor, partnering closely with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Executive Leadership to optimize business processes and deliver scalable ERP solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong Epicor Kinetic development skills with deep manufacturing business process knowledge and can translate operational requirements into practical, sustainable solutions. This individual will play a key role in supporting the Client's ongoing ERP modernization efforts, business process improvements, reporting initiatives, and long-term application strategy.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Epicor ERP experience.
• 5+ years supporting Epicor Kinetic and/or Epicor 10 environments.
• Strong experience with: BAQs, BPMs, Dashboards, DMT, SSRS, Functions, REST APIs, Application Studio.
• Experience supporting manufacturing and distribution operations.
• Strong understanding of: Inventory Management, Purchasing, Job Management, MRP, Shipping & Receiving, Finance and Accounting Functions.
• Experience supporting ERP upgrades and implementations.
• Strong requirements gathering and business analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in industrial services, manufacturing, fabrication, turnaround, refinery, petrochemical, or field service industries.
• Experience with: Power BI, Functions, Data Warehousing, Financial Reporting, Azure-based integrations, Service Management platforms such as ServiceNow.
• Experience leading ERP modernization projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting Information Systems, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Epicor Kinetic solutions.
• Configure and support: Order Management, Purchasing, Inventory Management, Shipping & Receiving, Job Management, Engineering / Method of Manufacturing (MOM), Planning and MRP, Finance (AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets), Project Accounting, Service and Repair Operations.
• Support Epicor enhancement projects from design through deployment.
• Support Epicor upgrades, patching, testing, and release management.
• Develop customizations using: BPMs, BAQs, Dashboards, Kinetic Application Studio, REST APIs, C#, SQL Server, SSRS.
• Business Process Improvement.
• Reporting & Analytics.
• Integrations & Data Management.
• ERP Support & Governance.
