About The Position

The Epicor Kinetic (Public Cloud) Techno-Functional Analyst is a key member of the IT organization responsible for supporting, optimizing, and expanding Epicor Kinetic across a manufacturing subsidiary and future operating companies. This role combines functional ERP expertise with technical configuration capabilities and serves as the primary internal Epicor subject matter expert within IT. The position will initially support a $100M manufacturing subsidiary undergoing Epicor Kinetic adoption and will evolve to support additional subsidiaries as part of a broader ERP standardization strategy. The candidate will partner closely with business stakeholders, plant leadership, IT teams, outside ERP consultants, and Epicor support resources to help ensure Epicor Kinetic remains stable, scalable, and aligned with business growth. This role will play a critical part in internal system ownership, user support, testing, training, process improvement, and post-go-live continuous improvement.

Requirements

Experience supporting Epicor processes in Manufacturing & Operations (Production Management, Planning and Scheduling, MRP, MES).
Experience supporting Epicor processes in Supply Chain & Inventory (Purchasing Management, Inventory control and warehouse processes, Material planning and procurement workflows).
Experience supporting Epicor processes in Customer & Sales Operations (Sales Order Management and fulfillment lifecycle, Quote and order-related process flow, Customer service and order visibility processes).
Experience supporting Epicor processes in Engineering & Product Lifecycle (Engineering Management, ECN workflows, BOM and revision control).
General understanding of how Epicor operational activity impacts costing, inventory valuation, and downstream financial reporting.
Ability to partner effectively with finance users.
Experience with QBuild / CADLink integration with SolidWorks preferred.

Responsibilities

Support, optimize, and expand Epicor Kinetic.
Serve as the primary internal Epicor subject matter expert within IT.
Partner closely with business stakeholders, plant leadership, IT teams, outside ERP consultants, and Epicor support resources.
Ensure Epicor Kinetic remains stable, scalable, and aligned with business growth.
Play a critical part in internal system ownership, user support, testing, training, process improvement, and post-go-live continuous improvement.
Analyze end-to-end business processes.
Identify inefficiencies and manual workarounds.
Implement system-driven improvements.
Drive improvements in production execution and scheduling, inventory accuracy and traceability, MRP effectiveness, purchasing and order flow, and user adoption and process consistency.
Promote scalable and standardized processes across subsidiaries where appropriate.
Partner with outside ERP consultants during implementation, rollout, stabilization, and enhancement efforts.
Gather and document business requirements.
Translate requirements into Epicor configuration and process recommendations.
