About The Position

Tryfacta is seeking a Senior Enterprise Solutions Architect for our client in Austin, TX 73301. This is a temporary contract assignment. The role involves translating client business requirements into specific systems, applications, or process designs for very large, complex technical solutions. The architect will analyze customer service requirements, design service solutions, and serve as the primary expert for constructing solutions, scope documents, risk profiles, and financials. This position requires maintaining and utilizing detailed industry and internal services knowledge, including expert working-level knowledge of processes, technologies, and people components in the services arena. The architect will use their expertise to construct detailed solutions encompassing process, technology, and staffing plans for customer sales opportunities, construct risk assessments and remediation plans for complex services proposals, and participate in constructing detailed financial models. They will also compose Statements of Work or other documents using departmental automation tools to specify deliverables for proposed services solutions. As needed, the architect will act as a trusted expert advisor and Subject Matter Expert for technical services to both internal and external customers. The role also includes designing and governing enterprise architectures across applications, data, infrastructure, and security domains, translating business strategy into target-state architectures, roadmaps, standards, and detailed solution designs, and applying cloud and hybrid architecture expertise across Azure, AWS, GCP, and modern architectural patterns. The architect will serve as a trusted technical advisor and Subject Matter Expert while following established governance and approval processes.

Requirements

  • 8 Years Experience in enterprise, solution, or domain architecture roles
  • 8 Years Experience designing and governing enterprise architectures across applications, data infrastructure, and security domains.
  • 8 Years Experience with cloud and hybrid environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) and modern architectural patterns.
  • 8 Years Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into target-state architectures, roadmaps, and standards.
  • 8 Years Experience leading system-specific solutioning by translating business requirements into detailed solution designs (application, integration, data, security, and infrastructure) aligned to enterprise standards and target-state architecture

Nice To Haves

  • 2 Years Conducted current-state assessments and fit-gap analysis for legacy and COTS/SaaS platforms; recommended modernization approaches (rehost/replatform/refactor/replace/retire) with clear cost, risk, and timeline tradeoffs.
  • 2 Years Hands on experience with Generative AI use cases such as copilots, chatbots, or knowledge assistants.
  • 2 Years Experience AI services into enterprise applications via APIs or event driven patterns
  • Cloud, AI, Enterprise Architecture Certifications

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for translating the client's business requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs for very large complex technical solutions.
  • Analyzes customer service requirements and designs service solutions to meet those objectives.
  • Serves as the primary expert to construct the specific solution, scope document, risk profile, and corresponding financials.
  • Maintains and utilizes detailed industry and internal services knowledge in the construction of industry-leading services solutions, including expert working level knowledge of the processes, technologies, and people components involved in the services arena.
  • Uses expertise to construct specific and detailed solutions that encompass process, technology, and staffing plans for customer sales opportunities.
  • Constructs risk assessments and corresponding remediation plans relative to complex services proposals.
  • Participates in the construction of detailed financial models that align with complex services proposals.
  • Composes Statement of Work or other documents, using departmental automation tools as available, to craft detailed and accurate deliverables that specify processes, technology, staffing, and project management involved in proposed services solutions.
  • As needed, provides a trusted expert advisor role as a Subject Matter Expert for technical services to both internal and external customers, ranging from formal advice to customer presentations.
  • Follows all organizational Standard Operating Procedures relative to cost modeling, approvals and reviews, and all other associated workflow and deliverables.
  • Design and govern enterprise architectures spanning applications, data, infrastructure, and security domains.
  • Translate business strategy and requirements into target-state architectures, roadmaps, standards, and detailed solution designs.
  • Apply cloud and hybrid architecture expertise across Azure, AWS, GCP, and modern architectural patterns.
  • Develop solution scope, risk assessments, remediation plans, and Statements of Work for complex services proposals.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor and Subject Matter Expert to internal and external stakeholders while following established governance and approval processes.
