The Senior Enterprise Policy Development Manager develops and manages a portfolio of evidence-based policy content that supports Global External Affairs (GEA) priorities and advances USP's mission to improve the supply of quality medicines and health products. This role is responsible for developing enterprise policy materials, including public policy statements, white papers, journal articles, presentations, and formal comments to government agencies and other external stakeholders. Working collaboratively across USP, the position convenes internal and external stakeholders, leverages scientific and public health expertise, and builds partnerships to inform policy content and support research collaborations. The role partners closely with colleagues across functions, geographies, and stakeholder groups to ensure enterprise policy initiatives and deliverables align with GEA objectives and USP's strategic priorities, while delivering high-quality work within established timelines.
