We encourage you to discuss this with your current supervisor/manager before applying. The Senior Enterprise Analysis Manager supervises and manages a group of Business/Systems Analysts (BSA). The BSA team enables change by defining needs and recommending solutions that deliver value to King County stakeholders. This role is pivotal in managing team members directly, staffing various projects, and maintaining and improving the overall service offerings provided by the BSA team. As a strategic leader, this position will collaborate with King County customers, KCIT leadership, Customer Success Managers, cross-functional teams, and technical experts to deliver innovative solutions and align technology strategies with organizational goals. This position demands a dynamic leader who can motivate and mentor team members, set clear goals and expectations, provide performance management, and serve as a trusted escalation point—all while championing excellence in customer experience.
