About The Position

Manage the development and implementation process for the Cross-Web Experiences team, focusing on large-scale international and localization/transcreation initiatives. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, focused on delivering consistency, increasing velocity, and content/or upgrading the existing platform. Responsible for projects from initiation through delivery including planning and maintaining schedules.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 7+ years of program/project management experience preferably with large enterprise web projects with a focus on Globalization & Localization
  • Hands on experience with Agile & project management methodologies with confirmed leadership capabilities
  • Solid understanding of Web technologies, including web content management systems and workflows
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365, JIRA, Confluence Wiki and Workfront
  • Excellent business partner management and executive presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Proactively drive program execution and associated scope, timeline, and resources with minimal guidance
  • Evaluate existing processes and procedures; identify and drive improvements; clarify roles and responsibilities across various organizations
  • Engage with regional teams for international deployment of capabilities and content
  • Analyze scope needed to achieve program goals, assess resource requirements, budgeting, lead change control
  • Aggregate, organize, and synthesize program and project information in order to deliver clear status communication to project teams, partners, and leadership
  • Coordinate and run operational, project, and executive check-in meetings
  • Build clear roadmaps/project plans and clarify requirements
  • Identify, analyze, respond, and control risks, resolve project-specific issues and partner concerns in a timely manner
