About The Position

We’re currently looking for an Engineer/Analyst to join our R&D Strategic Planning team in Farmington Hills, Michigan. This is a cross-functional position requiring coordination with all functions of R&D Americas (USA, Mexico, Brazil), NNA, NTC counterparts, and executive management. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Development, coordination, and tracking of R&D Business plan Opportunities to lead strategic initiatives that help drive the business Authoring and coordination of R&D executive office materials Planning, organizing, and executing executive meetings and events Frequent interaction with local and global teams including local NTCNA function management, Vehicle Program Management, Finance, Human Resources, as well as other global Resource Management and Strategic Planning teams.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years NTCNA experience with a broad understanding of the development process
Bachelor of Science in Engineering
Work from the NTCNA-FH office 5 days a week
Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Word
