Senior Engineer, Service Delivery

We also work closely with Sales and Global Services colleagues to develop strategic account growth plans, and to identify and pursue sales opportunities. As a Senior Engineer, you will implement and optimize services, troubleshoot issues, and deliver clear technical updates. You will contribute improvements to tools and procedures. Requirements
- 5+ years of related experience
- Implementation, optimization, and troubleshooting skills.
- Documentation discipline and change control familiarity.
- Collaboration across teams and customers.
- Ability to communicate status clearly.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- AWS/Azure Associate; ITIL Foundation; Kubernetes CKA/CKAD.
