Requirements

  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
  • Networking basics (DNS, TCP/IP, VPN)
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, or PowerShell)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 8+ years of experience in infrastructure as code (e.g Terraform), systems engineering, or DevOps roles
  • Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools
  • Okta or comparable identity platform
  • Thin client deployment and management
  • Experience supporting multi-site or branch office environments

Responsibilities

  • Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
  • Design, deploy, and maintain infrastructure systems including servers, storage, and networking components
  • Lead projects and efforts in design and implementation of systems architecture
  • Manage and optimize cloud environments such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure-as-Code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability; respond to incidents and outages
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
  • Ensure infrastructure security through access controls, patching, and best practices
  • Collaborate with software engineering teams and Security teams to support application deployment and performance
  • Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and configurations
  • Plan for scalability, disaster recovery, and business continuity
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
