About The Position

DGR Systems, a growing premier technology consulting company, is looking for a Senior Engineer with expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. This individual will serve as a senior technical contributor responsible for leading medium to large identity-focused engagements while helping customers modernize and secure their identity environments. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise across identity platforms and be capable of designing, implementing, and supporting solutions that align with business objectives and security requirements. The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts and provide consultative guidance to customers. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to customers while mentoring less experienced engineers and contributing to the continued growth of DGR Systems' Identity practice.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the IT industry with at least 3 years focused on Identity and Access Management solutions.
  • Experience leading customer-facing technical projects.
  • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and hybrid identity environments.
  • Experience with Okta or other enterprise identity platforms.
  • Experience implementing MFA, SSO, Conditional Access, and identity governance solutions.
  • Experience with PIM, PAM, RBAC, and least-privilege security models.
  • Experience performing identity assessments, migrations, and modernization initiatives.
  • Experience with PowerShell and automation technologies.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to mentor and guide less experienced engineers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, implementation, migration, and optimization of identity and access management solutions.
  • Serve as the technical lead for medium to large customer engagements.
  • Develop implementation plans, technical documentation, and deployment methodologies.
  • Provide technical leadership throughout project lifecycles from discovery through project completion.
  • Perform identity assessments, health checks, security reviews, and roadmap engagements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve identity security, governance, and operational efficiency.
  • Present findings and recommendations to both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to engineers.
  • Assist with technical standards, best practices, and solution development within the Identity practice.
  • Participate in peer reviews and quality assurance activities.
  • Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation.
  • Ensure solutions align with security, compliance, and operational requirements.
  • Maintain adherence to DGR Systems delivery methodologies and standards.
