Senior Engineer I, Electrical Engineering
About The Position
The Senior Electrical Engineer will be responsible for the electrical design and development of high‑speed, high‑precision semiconductor assembly equipment, specifically Die Bonders. This role requires close collaboration with cross‑functional engineering teams—including process, mechanical, software, and systems engineering—to define subsystem specifications, design electronic circuits and interconnections, and perform debugging at both module and system levels. The position will also involve system integration of designs developed internally as well as by external vendors.
Requirements
- Experience in electrical design and development of semiconductor assembly equipment.
- Experience with Die Bonders.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams.
- Experience defining subsystem specifications.
- Experience designing electronic circuits and interconnections.
- Experience with debugging at module and system levels.
- Experience with system integration.
