As a Senior Enablement Experience Manager at Vanta, you will own the strategy and roadmap for our learning platform (LMS/LXP) while designing and delivering high-impact, scalable learning programs across the organization. The People Enablement team, one of Vanta’s newest teams, aims to equip every Vantan with the skills, resources, experience and support needed to do their best work. We drive growth across the team member lifecycle through targeted development, effective enablement systems, and scalable programs that strengthen performance and reinforce a culture of excellence. Our work spans onboarding, leadership development, AI enablement, and company-wide learning tools that help Vantans succeed in a high performing environment. This role is critical to achieving that mission by combining platform ownership with program execution. You will ensure we are maximizing the value of our learning tools while also building and scaling impactful learning programs that drive measurable business outcomes.
