The Senior Employee Relations Consultant will conduct confidential and professional employee relations internal investigations, document all employment matters in the electronic database system (HR Acuity), and provide guidance to leaders on employee relations issues. This role collaborates closely with the Regional Labor Relations Director on union contract implications, works with Privacy and Compliance Officers, and is responsible for leave management (FMLA, OFLA, PLO). Additionally, the consultant will oversee Workers’ Compensation activities, lead the ADA Accommodation process, support employee recognition and engagement, assist with benefits administration and communication, act as a liaison between employees and insurance companies, conduct Open Enrollment, process salary administration activities, prepare wage scales, and ensure compensation practices are equitable and compliant with labor contracts and policies. The role also involves completing EFM filing.
