  • Promote software quality and adherence to development processes through unit and integration testing, peer code reviews, and technical documentation.
  • Mentor and guide team members who are new to embedded software development or Rust.
  • Specify, design, and implement functionality and behavior for embedded subsystems running on Embedded Linux and RTOS.
  • Participate in software development lifecycle activities from low-level design through integration, testing, deployment, and manufacturing support.
  • Make performance, memory, and optimization trade-offs to meet product requirements.
  • Investigate issues, identify root causes, and develop, qualify, and implement corrective actions.
  • Document and resolve software defects using a bug tracking system and track them through resolution.
  • Work with cross-functional engineering and systems engineering teams to understand technical inputs and deliver software artifacts.
