Join our dynamic team as a Senior Electronics Technician, where you will play a vital role in supporting Electronic Warfare programs through installation, configuration, and maintenance of complex electronic systems. Requirements

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience supporting electronic systems, integration, and testing.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
  • Experience with test equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators).
  • Experience supporting field operations, lab environments, or shipboard/aviation systems.
  • Ability to work independently and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Experience supporting DoD or federal government programs, particularly EEW, RF, or mission systems.
  • Familiarity with test and evaluation processes (DT/OT).
  • Experience with RF systems, communications equipment, or sensor systems.
  • Experience working in operational or deployed environments.
  • Must be a US citizen.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain electronic systems, subsystems, and test equipment in support of EEW programs.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair of electronic hardware, wiring, and associated components.
  • Support system integration, test events, and demonstrations, including Developmental Test (DT) and field evaluation.
  • Execute test procedures and data collection activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with program requirements.
  • Interpret and work from technical drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering documentation.
  • Assist engineers in system setup, calibration, and validation activities.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues and equipment failures in operational environments.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, configuration management, and quality standards.
  • Maintain and track test equipment, tools, and inventory.
  • Prepare and contribute to technical reports, logs, and documentation.
