Senior Electrical/Systems Engineer – High Power RF Systems

Siemens Healthineers
•$160,500 - $220,682•Onsite

About The Position

Join the Beam Generation Group, which develops the radiation-producing subsystem at the heart of Varian Radiation Oncology machines. The role focuses on defining, integrating, testing, and optimizing RF pulsed power electronics to ensure reliable system-level performance. The engineer will help mature proof-of-concept hardware into robust, reliable products, working across multidisciplinary engineering teams and collaborating with suppliers. This is an onsite role at the Palo Alto office, with travel to the Mountain View facility required approximately 50% of the time.
