About The Position
Ace Electric is hiring Project Managers to lead large-scale electrical construction projects across the U.S., with a primary focus on data center construction and other hyperscale mission-critical projects. This role is based out of our Kennesaw, Georgia division, with flexibility to work from Jackson with routine travel to active projects, or be embedded on-site as a Project Manager. This is an opportunity for individuals who are wired for pace, ownership, and high-impact work.
Requirements
- 7+ years of construction leadership experience (electrical preferred)
- Experience in commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects
- Strong financial and operational ownership mindset
- Ability to lead in fast-paced, high-demand environments
- Proficiency in Bluebeam, Accubid, Spectrum, Excel, or similar tools
- Working knowledge of NEC and electrical systems
Responsibilities
- Full lifecycle management of multi-million-dollar electrical projects
- Project financials: forecasting, cost control, and profitability
- Coordination with Superintendents to drive schedule, productivity, and execution
- Subcontractor/vendor management and contract negotiation
- Ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards
- Identifying opportunities for prefabrication and operational efficiency
- Building strong client and internal relationships
- Developing and mentoring field and project teams
