About The Position

Skillforce has teamed up with a leading electrical contracting firm to hire an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager for multiple openings across Texas. The role involves managing large-scale, complex electrical construction projects, including data centers, semiconductor facilities, and large commercial new construction. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Texas. This is a full-time, direct-hire position. The company will assist with the process of obtaining a Texas Journeyman Electrical License.

Requirements

Proven experience in electrical construction project management.
Experience managing electrical projects valued at $20 million or more.
Background with data centers, semiconductor facilities, commercial new construction, or other large-scale or high-tech projects.
Strong understanding of electrical systems, including high-voltage work.
Experience managing project budgets, schedules, contracts, and teams.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to relocate to Texas.
Willingness to obtain a Texas Journeyman Electrical License.

Responsibilities

Manage the overall execution of large-scale electrical construction projects from start to finish.
Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and change orders.
Lead project teams and coordinate with field operations, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
Manage projects valued at $20 million or more.
Work on complex electrical construction projects, including data centers, semiconductor facilities, and large commercial new construction.
Monitor project progress, financial performance, safety, quality, and schedule.
Build and maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships.
Identify project risks and develop solutions to keep projects on track.
