About The Position

Skillforce is recruiting an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager for a leading electrical contracting firm with multiple openings across Texas. This is a full-time, direct-hire position, and candidates must be willing to relocate to Texas. The role involves managing large-scale, complex electrical construction projects, including projects valued at $20 million or more and work involving data centers, semiconductor facilities, and large commercial new construction. The company will assist with the process of obtaining a Texas Journeyman Electrical License.

Requirements

Proven experience in electrical construction project management.
Experience managing electrical projects valued at $20 million or more.
Background with data centers, semiconductor facilities, commercial new construction, or other large-scale or high-tech projects.
Strong understanding of electrical systems, including high-voltage work.
Experience managing project budgets, schedules, contracts, and teams.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to relocate to Texas.
Willingness to obtain a Texas Journeyman Electrical License.

Responsibilities

Manage the overall execution of large-scale electrical construction projects from start to finish.
Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and change orders.
Lead project teams and coordinate with field operations, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
Manage electrical projects valued at $20 million or more.
Monitor project progress, financial performance, safety, quality, and schedule.
Build and maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships.
Identify project risks and develop solutions to keep projects on track.
