Sr Electrical Pre-Sales Program Engineer

We are partnering with them to identify a key member of their pre-sales engineering team instrumental in requirements gathering and execution align with key client design expectations.
Requirements
- Engineering Bachelor’s degree (or similar engineering program) from an accredited college with 6+ years of relevant experience, or 10+ years of relevant engineering experience.
- Advanced knowledge of multidisciplinary engineering processes.
- Exceptional leadership and strategic planning abilities.
- Superior communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Broad technical expertise across multiple engineering disciplines.
- Proficient in project scheduling and resource management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- Operates with a high degree of autonomy and handles complex issues independently.
- Takes the initiative to identify opportunities and implement solutions.
- Comprehensive knowledge of technical project management.
Responsibilities
- Provides electrical engineering expertise during the pre-award phase of complex engineering projects, focusing on standardization, modularization, and alignment with technical and operational needs.
- Ensures scope, schedules, and budgets meet organizational standards and expectations.
- Acts as the primary technical liaison, facilitating communication between engineering, sales, and client teams to support project execution.
- Prepares risk assessments, identifies opportunities, and shares Lessons Learned to guide execution.
- Creates client specification packages, conducts periodic audits, and provides recommendations to maintain project success.
- Leads multi-discipline Project Design Reviews and collaborates with the Training team to develop and deliver client specific technical training materials.
- Gain an in-depth understanding of complex client technical standards and project requirements to inform strategic planning.
- Promote the development of comprehensive engineering strategies, resource plans, and project timelines in alignment with multifaceted project scopes.
- Coordinate and critically review multidisciplinary design efforts to ensure seamless integration and adherence to the highest technical standards.
- Act as the internal senior technical interface for client, establishing trust and guiding strategic conversations across the internal organization.
- Assist the strategic sourcing of materials and components, optimizing resource allocation and scheduling.
- Display superior communication skills, leading by example to drive effective collaboration and cross-disciplinary integration.
