About The Position
Coffman Engineers is seeking a dynamic, innovative, and quality-oriented Senior Electrical Engineer for its Seattle office. The engineer will provide consulting services to internal and external clients and manage multiple clients and projects. The role combines technical design and consulting, construction support, project scoping, and proposal writing. The successful candidate will lead and supervise a team, develop close client relationships, and contribute to professional growth and industry involvement. The position is part of a collaborative, supportive team with an emphasis on work-life balance and employee development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Registration as a Washington PE.
- At least 10 years of consulting Electrical Engineering experience.
- Experience supervising a team of at least four direct reports.
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
