About The Position
Mesa seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer who will, on a task basis, be the design lead with responsibility for the preparation and completion of discipline engineering designs and supporting documentation; such as design criteria, calculations, and specifications.
Requirements
- BSEE from an ABET accredited college/university
- At least 8 years of progressive experience
Nice To Haves
- Current Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
- ETAP experience a plus.
- Experience with Motor Control Centers, Switchboards, and Switchgear preferred.
- Experience with Low/Medium Voltage equipment preferred.
- Experience with protective relaying is preferred
Responsibilities
- Ability to identify, analyze, and solve routine technical problems related to specialty area.
- Possess aptitude for computing and design.
- Possess working knowledge of computers and software such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite and software used for specific technical applications within the department.
- Ability to lead projects with minimal oversight is required.
