About The Position

ASRC Federal Facilities Logistics (AFFL) is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to support our work at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt MD. This role is in support of the Repair, Operations, Maintenance and Engineering (ROME) contract. The engineer will research, develop, design, test, and evaluate electrical components, equipment, and systems, applying principles and techniques of electrical engineering. They will design electrical equipment, facilities, components, products, and systems for commercial, industrial, and domestic purposes. The role also involves designing, and potentially directing engineering personnel in, the fabrication of test control apparatus and equipment, and determining methods, procedures, and conditions for testing products. Paraprofessionals are excluded from this role.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a related or applicable field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Professional Engineer license or other applicable professional registration.
Registration/licensure shall be recognized by the Maryland and/or Virginia Department of Licensing and Regulation.
