  • Experience developing and maintaining TRDs, test procedures, and TPSs.
  • Experience designing and documenting hardware and software configurations for test equipment as part of a TDP.
  • Strong RF engineering background, including RF component- and system-level behavior, signal integrity, and S-parameters.
  • Hands-on experience using VNAs to characterize RF components and assemblies.
  • Experience testing RF amplifiers, including gain, linearity, noise figure, power output, stability, and related metrics.
  • Experience designing and implementing RF test fixtures, including impedance matching, connectorization, and shielding considerations.
  • Experience designing or implementing RF switch matrix solutions for automated test environments.
  • Proficiency with MATLAB for data analysis, signal processing, and test automation.
  • Demonstrated experience with object-oriented programming concepts and implementation, such as MATLAB OOP, Python, or C++.
  • Experience developing test set verification plans, including test coverage analysis, validation approaches, and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience planning and developing calibration support for RF test sets and instruments.
  • Ability to ensure test requirement traceability to system specifications and customer requirements.
  • Ability to produce high-quality engineering documentation and technical data.
  • Ability to clearly document test configurations, test limits, and pass/fail criteria.
  • Ability to present technical concepts, trade studies, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to operate as a senior engineer or subject matter expert in a collaborative team environment.
  • Experience providing technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers.
  • Ability to lead aspects of test set development, including planning, task breakdown, and technical risk identification.
  • Familiarity with formal systems engineering and test engineering processes, including requirements, design, verification, and validation.
  • Experience working within structured engineering lifecycles and configuration control of test systems.
