Axiom Path•Lexington, KY
•$150,000 - $200,000•Hybrid

About The Position

The Senior Electrical Engineer owns electrical system design for air-cooled data center chiller equipment, including main and auxiliary control panels. The role translates customer and product requirements into production-ready electrical designs and works across product development, manufacturing, testing, technical support, and other product teams. It carries design authority for ensuring electrical systems are safe, reliable, manufacturable, and ready for production. The engineer designs panels, wire harnesses, schematics, and electrical load calculations; selects and qualifies electrical and electromechanical components; and supports integration with broader product designs. The role leads projects across multidisciplinary teams, oversees validation and qualification testing, drives root-cause investigations, applies relevant electrical and product safety standards, and provides technical leadership to designers, technicians, manufacturing, field service, technical support, and order fulfillment. The position also identifies opportunities to improve electrical quality, reliability, productivity, and product efficiency. This is a full-time, direct-hire position with a hybrid schedule in Lexington, Kentucky. The stated schedule is onsite Monday through Thursday, with flexibility to choose the work location on Fridays based on business needs.
