About The Position

This role focuses on overseeing electrical and controls design for capital projects, working closely with third-party engineering firms to ensure compliance with company and industry standards. You’ll be involved in electrical design oversight for compressor stations (10,000–30,000 HP), medium & low voltage systems (120V–4160V), PLC-based controls (Allen-Bradley, Wonderware), and instrumentation (Rosemount, Honeywell, RTDs, gas detection). Responsibilities include reviewing design deliverables, vendor evaluations, and supporting construction/commissioning.

Requirements

• 7+ years in electrical engineering within oil & gas / energy / industrial projects
• Experience with hazardous classified areas (NEC)
• Strong exposure to power systems, controls, and instrumentation
• Experience supporting capital project execution
