Location: Tyson, Virginia / Hybrid As a Senior Electrical Engineer – Battery Systems, Controls & EMS Integration, you will provide technical leadership for the design, validation, and optimization of utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects supporting next-generation data center and grid applications. Reporting to the Chief Electrical Engineer, you will lead battery sizing, evaluate BESS technologies, validate inverter/PCS performance, and drive the integration of EMS, Plant Controllers, and SCADA systems to ensure reliable, high-performing energy storage solutions. This is a highly collaborative role that combines advanced engineering analysis, controls expertise, and operational optimization to shape the future of large-scale energy infrastructure.
