About The Position

Goodstart Burton is seeking a full-time Senior Educator to lead a room and a team of Educators in delivering high-quality educational programs. The role works collaboratively with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices. The Senior Educator helps ensure learning experiences are safe, inclusive, and tailored to the needs of every child. Goodstart Burton is an 84-place, Exceeding-rated centre with a close-knit and supportive team. The centre is committed to high-quality early learning and inclusion, and offers experiences such as Happy Feet dance incursions and regular park excursions. The team values fresh ideas, professional growth, and best practice.

Requirements

Diploma in Early Childhood or an ACECQA-approved equivalent.
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
Current South Australia Working with Children Check.
Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation & Advanced Training, completed via the Geccko platform.
