About The Position
As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. About Goodstart Coffs Harbour: Be part of our welcoming centre in Coffs Harbour, conveniently located close to the CBD in a residential area, making daily commutes easy and accessible. Join a highly experienced and dedicated team of long-service educators who are committed to delivering high-quality early learning and supporting every child's individual needs, interests and development. Work across age-appropriate learning environments for children from Nursery through to Kindergarten/Preschool, with a strong focus on fostering growth, curiosity and confidence through the Early Years Learning Framework. Enjoy spacious indoor and outdoor learning spaces, including two large playgrounds, vegetable and herb gardens, sandpits and natural environments that encourage sensory exploration and hands-on learning. Requirements
- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current NSW Working with Children Check
