About The Position

As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children. Goodstart Canning Vale Batman Road is an 85-place, Exceeding-rated centre known for consistent high standards. The centre is well located close to shops, cafes and public transport links. It has a stable team supported by long-standing leadership who are committed to coaching and development. The Director has been with the service for more than 9 years. This centre prioritises inclusive practice and strong family partnerships. There are opportunities to lead the Nursery or Toddler rooms.

Requirements

Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Current WA Working with Children Check
Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training, completed via Geccko platform
