Join our Participant Experience Consulting team as a Senior Education Analyst! Requirements

  • 2+ years of related work experience such as Qualified Plans (401k plans, 403b, Pension plans); including investments, plan design, administration, services, compliance, and marketing strongly preferred or equivalent proven through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • Analytical and critical thinking, consultative skills, and the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
  • Capability to collaborate effectively across departments and sustain positive connections with clients, financial professionals, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to build and carry out education meeting plans that align with client objectives. Evaluate plan design, participant data, and incorporate Principal services and technologies to suggest strategic approaches.
  • Collaborate with clients to determine relevant education topics and desired participant outcomes, adapting established presentations and resources to address plan-specific features, financial concepts, and behavioral goals.
  • Partner with Relationship Managers and Participant Experience Consultants to prepare detailed annual education meeting proposals. Analyze plan demographics and industry trends to guide recommendations and improve participant outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Participant Experience Consultants to ensure informative materials meet regulatory standards and quality requirements. Manage the distribution of resources across multiple platforms.
