This role partners with IT Governance leadership, ITSM process owners, and cross-functional technology teams to translate requirements into durable platform capabilities—spanning Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Major Incident, Service Portal/Catalog, CMDB, and Hardware/Software Asset Management.
