About The Position

Help shape how knowledge is shared across one of Europe's leading e-pharmacy organizations. As our Senior Documentation Expert, you'll establish the documentation standards, governance, and processes that ensure critical ERP and Enterprise Systems knowledge is captured, maintained, and easily accessible - creating a lasting impact across our technology landscape. Working closely with Business Owners, Team Leads, ERP Consultants, Architects, Project & Delivery Managers, Delivery teams, QA teams, you'll become the driving force behind a documentation culture where knowledge is treated as a strategic asset rather than an afterthought.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical documentation, knowledge management, or process documentation within complex ERP or Enterprise Systems environments (e.g. D365 F&O, SAP or similar).
• Strong understanding of technical documentation, documentation governance, Confluence, and Jira.
• Passion for ensuring valuable knowledge remains accessible long after projects have been delivered.
• Value collaboration and enjoy working with specialists across different disciplines.
• Willingness to challenge existing ways of working to build sustainable documentation practices.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with business process modelling (BPMN or comparable methodologies).
