About The Position

CodeGreen is a national building solutions firm that partners with our clients to make buildings safe, healthy, resilient, and sustainable. Our multidisciplinary team brings extensive expertise in sustainability, decarbonization, building code, fire safety, resiliency, indoor environmental quality, and inspections. With our uncompromising focus on high performing buildings, CodeGreen provides the integrative solutions needed for today’s landscape. We support building owners, investors, and tenants through every phase of a building’s lifecycle from construction and acquisition through upgrades and renovation to disposition. We are seeking experienced building enclosure professionals to join our growing team as a Senior Director. This senior leadership role involves providing technical expertise, developing and maintaining client relationships, supporting business development initiatives, training, mentoring, and managing staff, and helping drive the continued growth of the practice. Senior Director may lead projects, teams, and strategic initiatives across a variety of building types, markets, and geographic regions. Responsibilities will vary based on experience, expertise, location, and business needs.
