About The Position

Manages and directs the day-to-day operations of a research center/institute or medium-sized department. Plans, coordinates and supervises the operation and activities of the center/institute/department. Develops and implements policies and procedures, administers the budget, organizes tasks and sets priorities. Nursing Oversight: Oversees the nursing functions of a health facility, including direct and indirect supervision of a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week health system. Medical Care Oversight: Coordinates medical providers' schedule availability. Dental Care Oversight: Coordinates dental providers' schedule availability and medical services. Mental Health Oversight: Coordinates with mental health providers to ensure access to psychiatry services. Specialty and Hospital Care Oversight: Establishes and manages care coordination efforts for referrals to specialty care and hospital care. Financial and Administrative Oversight: Is fully responsible for the administrative and operational activities in the health facility. Quality and Compliance Oversight: Works with university departments to establish and manage health quality and compliance practices to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree plus six years of progressively responsible management experience OR a combination of education and/or years of experience in management to equal a minimum of 10 years.
