We have an exciting, high‑impact leadership opportunity for a Senior Director, US Marketing, IgAN. As part of the U.S. Rare Hematology & Nephrology commercial team, the Senior Director, U.S. Marketing IgAN will serve as the lead for the IgAN launch and marketing strategy. This role will partner closely with global and cross-functional teams to lead development and execution of a best-in-class launch strategy. The ideal candidate will bring strong strategic thinking, a passion for innovation, and a collaborative mindset to shape the U.S. brand strategy and drive launch readiness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10 years of professional experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industry; can include marketing, agency, or related healthcare experience
  • Deep understanding of the US pharmaceutical market and experience in rare diseases is highly desirable.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to lead highly matrixed portfolio teams and influence without direct authority.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Own U.S. launch and brand strategy for the IgAN indication.
  • Define the brand platform (positioning, value proposition, message architecture), customer strategy, and integrated go-to-market plan based on market, customer, and patient insights
  • Develop and execute the external engagement strategy.
  • Build advocacy and partnership with KOLs, patient advocacy organizations, and other stakeholders to inform strategy and accelerate adoption
  • Translate strategy into high-impact omnichannel plans and materials; lead execution across personal and non-personal promotion (including digital/social) and continuously optimize using KPIs, dashboards, insights, and test-and-learn
  • Lead integrated business planning for the brand.
  • Align across partners, including Global, Sales, Medical, Market Access, Strategic Accounts, Patient Support Services, Legal, and Compliance to drive launch readiness and sustained execution
  • Lead US IgAN marketing team, including acquiring and developing marketing talent for current and future needs; build succession pipelines and critical capabilities.
  • Represent US commercial perspective in global forums and strategic discussions
