The Senior Director, Transit Services Sales is a senior commercial leader responsible for driving service revenue growth across the transit segment by leading a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs) and Business Development Directors. This role owns the regional service sales strategy for transit customers, with full accountability for order intake, backlog, customer satisfaction, and long-term growth across multiple Wabtec P&Ls. The Sr. Director balances strategic leadership and hands-on customer engagement, ensuring consistent execution across accounts while developing scalable sales processes, account plans, and growth initiatives. This leader acts as the primary escalation point for key transit agencies and partners closely with operations, engineering, pricing, and supply chain to deliver profitable and sustainable service solutions across the lifecycle.
