Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Senior Director, Talent Acquisition is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the Talent Acquisition function across the organization. This role will design and execute innovative sourcing and hiring strategies that enable the Company to attract, engage, and hire high-quality, diverse talent at scale, aligned to growing business priorities and workforce demands. This leader will build and lead a high-performing, technology-enabled Talent Acquisition function that delivers a differentiated candidate and hiring manager experience, while ensuring operational excellence, scalability, consistency, and strong governance across the organization. The successful candidate will bring a balance of strategic leadership and operational execution, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders to drive measurable business outcomes through talent.
