The Senior Director, Talent Acquisition - Military Programs is responsible for leading Walmart’s enterprise-wide military and veteran talent strategy, programs, partnerships, and initiatives designed to attract, develop, transition, retain, and advance military-connected talent across Walmart and Sam’s Club. This role drives strategic alignment between business priorities, workforce planning, veteran hiring initiatives, military spouse employment programs, leadership development, and external military community engagement. This leader serves as a strategic advisor to executive leadership and collaborates cross-functionally across Global People, Operations, Corporate Affairs, and Business Units to further strengthen Walmart’s position as an employer of choice for veterans, transitioning service members, reservists, National Guard members, and military spouses.
