The Senior Director, Talent Acquisition Operations will define and lead the global TA Operations strategy, ensuring recruiting processes, systems, and insights scale with business growth. This role sets the long-term vision for TA Operations, drives cross-functional alignment, and enables a best-in-class, data-driven candidate and hiring manager experience across the full recruitment lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting Operations, or a proven track record building and scaling enterprise operations.
  • 6+ years leading and developing talent within, TA or People-related function.
  • Recognized strategic advisor to TA leadership and executive stakeholders across People, IT, Finance, Marketing, and the Business.
  • Proven ability to build, scale, and lead high-performing global teams with clear operating rhythms and accountability.
  • Demonstrated experience operating in complex, global TA environments with sensitivity to regional nuance and scale.
  • Comfortable leading through ambiguity and enterprise-level change, including transformation efforts.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across functions.
  • Consistently delivers outcomes while balancing long-term strategy with near-term execution.
  • Adapts leadership style to context, stakeholder needs, and organizational maturity.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the global TA Operations strategy, roadmap, and operating model aligned to business and workforce plans.
  • Partner with TA, People, and Business leadership to define scalable, consistent recruiting experiences across all stages of the candidate lifecycle.
  • Establish governance for recruiting tools, vendors, and budgets while driving ROI, optimization, and vendor accountability.
  • Lead enterprise-wide standardization where appropriate, while enabling flexibility for regional and functional needs.
  • Own the long-term evolution of referral programs, workforce planning inputs, and recruiting infrastructure.
  • Serve as executive-level subject matter expert for recruiting systems, workflows, and operational best practices.
  • Sponsor and oversee complex, cross-functional initiatives including system implementations, process transformations, and capability builds.
  • Partner with Business Intelligence and Finance to define success metrics, interpret trends, and translate insights into executive decision-making.
  • Lead change management strategy and executive communications to ensure adoption of tools, processes, and operating models.
  • Build and develop talent within TA Operations, setting clear goals, success metrics, and accountability mechanisms.
  • Identify, manage, and escalate enterprise risks related to recruiting operations, capacity, or delivery.
  • Act as a thought partner to senior TA, People, and Business leaders on future-state talent acquisition capabilities and innovations.
