This role contributes to the mission by maximizing revenue opportunities through strategic contracting and understanding regional nuances within the allotted territory and U.S. As a Senior Director, Strategic Accounts working on the Strategic Accounts and Contracting team, you will be empowered through meaningful work and career development to drive strategic growth through national and regional partnerships, optimize contract performance and profitability, strengthen key customer relationships across health systems and purchasing organizations, and shape market access strategies that support long-term business success. A typical day will include collaborating with internal sales leadership and external partners to align on contract strategy, analyzing contract performance and rebate structures, managing customer requests and pricing agreements, forecasting and planning for renewals or new opportunities, and building strong executive-level relationships with key stakeholders across health systems, GPOs, and distribution networks.
