SharkNinja is seeking a Senior Director, Social Commerce to lead its rapidly expanding U.S. Social Commerce business. This role will own the U.S. TikTok Shop P&L and define the long-term vision for social commerce in the U.S., aiming to transform it into a scalable growth engine. The position involves owning SharkNinja's U.S. TikTok LIVE Commerce strategy and operations, building a world-class live shopping capability. The leader will also collaborate with international markets to develop scalable playbooks and best practices for global social commerce expansion. The role requires building the strategy, operating model, and organizational capabilities for significant growth across creator-led, live shopping, and shoppable ecosystems. Success will be measured by revenue growth, profitability, and building the infrastructure, capabilities, partnerships, and talent for future ecommerce growth. This is a strategic leadership role requiring an entrepreneurial mindset, ability to build from first principles, and a proven track record of scaling ecommerce businesses in fast-paced consumer environments. The individual will partner closely with executive leaders across various departments to ensure long-term success and establish global best practices.
